das Kunst develops new DIY kit for Middelheim Museum

Starting in September, the Middelheim Museum in Antwerp will offer a new educational tool: a DIY package developed by das Kunst. This tool allows classes to explore the museum independently, unaccompanied by a guide.

The tool contains tasks that challenge students to move, speak, design or write, allowing them to not only experience art passively, but to actively engage with it. In recent months, the package has been tested with several primary and secondary school classes.

The new tool is in line with the Middelheim Museum's mission to make art accessible and interactive to a young audience, and offers teachers a valuable tool to integrate art education into the classroom in a dynamic way.
