To expand our team, we are recruiting a full-time artistic assistant for our Antwerp operation. We are looking for a full-time employee with knowledge and experience in art and technology (analog and digital).
function
As artistic collaborator with knowledge and experience in art and technology:
- in collaboration with colleagues, you take care of the substantive and practical preparation of art projects for children, teenagers and young people
- You supervise various art projects with various target and age groups on a weekly basis
- supporting and training young artists who temporarily work with us
- You maintain contacts with parents, supervisors and partners and ensure clear and smooth communication during the different phases of the projects.

- You have completed an artistic education and are familiar with 3D, visual work.
- You are an independent team player who takes initiative and responsibility and actively exchanges information.
- You are organizationally strong and work purposefully and systematically.
- You are administratively punctual and meticulous. You keep appointments and communicate clearly with various parties involved.
- You know the world of children, teenagers and young people in an urban context.
- You are flexible and working in the free time of children, teenagers and young people (vacations, after school, weekends) does not scare you.
- You preferably have experience in youth work.
