At das Kunst you work in a young and enthusiastic team. We recruit based on competencies, relevant experience and like to have diversity in the team. To expand our team, we are recruiting a full-time artistic assistant for our operation. We are looking for a full-time employee with knowledge and experience in green immersive art.

function

  • You will design, organize and realize, in collaboration with the entire das Kunst team, a new, sustainable and structural line of work in which greening, natural materials and immersive art are central.
  • You will help us organize and supervise the projects in different neighborhoods and at different times.
  • You roll up your sleeves and work a lot with young people, especially with young newcomers who you guide and form into fully-fledged core players in the new line.
  • You maintain your contacts with young people, partner organizations, local authorities, stakeholders and ensure clear communication in all project phases.
  • You participate fully in the development of the strategy for and realization of a realistic business model for this line.
  • You work on the scalability of this line.
  • You work from the vision, mission and Gufree® methodology of das Kunst.

profile

  • You have completed an education and are familiar with visual arts, landscape architecture, ecology or similar training.
  • You are familiar with analog & digital techniques / materials / visual / design skills.
  • You preferably have experience in youth work.
  • You are an independent team player who takes initiative and responsibility and actively shares information.
  • You are organizationally strong and work purposefully and systematically.
  • You are administratively punctual and careful. You keep appointments and communicate clearly with various parties involved.
  • You have an insight into the life of young people in the city and you are culturally sensitive, especially regarding young newcomers.
  • You are flexible and working in the free time of our target group (vacations, after school, weekends) does not scare you.
